The Mandate of Bethanie Village Council is to provide municipal services (water, roads, sewer & electricity) in their areas of jurisdiction, including the planning, designing, surveying and allocation of land for the benefit of its inhabitants in a sustainable manner.This Mandate is detailed in our Local Authorities Act, (No. 23 of 1992) as amended. To actulise this Mandate each Local Authority, Bethanie Village Council included requires that we formulate Strategic Plans which will serve as a basis for delivering excellent services to our inhabitants.
